Beckenham Junction Train station is open Mondays to Saturdays from 6.10am to 19:40pm Monday to Fridays.  There is also 24 hour access to the platforms throughout the weekend.  Bechenham Junction train station Ticket office is manned 24 hours a day Mondays to Sundays. Parking tickets available from the ticket office at  £3.90 peak, £3.40 off peak, £3.90 daily, £18.30 weekly, £68.50 monthly, £190.80 three-monthly, £381.60 six-monthly, £713.40 annually . There are a 100 parking spaces at this station.  Disabled persons access is available via the booking office and disabled parking at this station is free to those with a blue badge.  Access to platforms 3 and 4 is available by walking around the station following footpath.

Beckenham Juction Train station has storage no facilities for storing bikes.  Local Tram network is a short distance from the station which travels to Bromley South Station and into Croydon.  There is no public WiFi access at this station. There is a waiting area on both platforms 1 and 2 but not on platforms 3 and 4.  There are Toilets available but these do not include baby changing facilities.
