Havering is a London Borough to the East of Central London.  Havering has an estimated population of 228,400 in has good public transport links in and out of central london and the East of England including Trains, Buses and the Underground Network.  Romford is the main Town for the Borough and is also the busiest area.  Upminster is also a good area for local retailers and residentual property with it's own underground station which sees the end of the District Line.
