The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is a London Borough to the West of Central London.  Originally two seperate boroughs but today it is reconised as one.  The area includes a wide range of Education facilities including schools, Colleges and Universities.  Earls Court Exhibition Centre is in the borough and throughout the year is home to some of the biggest indoor exhibitions and concerts.  There are a wide range of Public transport services available including trains, buses and the Underground.
