Hertfordshire has an estimated population of 1,066,100.  In History and due to its location, Noblemen from London used to own much of the area.  There are some interesting places to visit in Hertfordshire including historic buildings, steam trains and parks.  In 2012, the Canoe and Kayak Slalom course for the Olympic Games will be held in Broxbourne.
