Merseyside has an estimated population of 1,365,901.  The most famous area within Merseyside is probally Liverpool, home to Liverpool Football Club, Birth place of the Beatles and the Mersey.  There are very good transport links including Train, Road, Air and a ports in Merseyside.  There are also lots of places of Interest to visit while in Merseyside.
