Northamptonshire has an estimated population of 678,200.  The Grand Union Canal sees hundreds of visitors a year visiting by boat and some 17 locks are located within the County.  There are many places of interest including historic buildings, museums, walks, parks and more.   Transport within the area include the M1 motoway and train links to London and the rest of England.
